Returning an Aire's product is as straightforward as placing an order. If you're not satisfied with our product, we offer a 100% exchange or refund policy within 15 days from the date of purchase.

We will only accept items that are returned in their original packaging, in unused and unwashed condition, and undamaged, with all tags still attached. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being declined, and the item will be sent back to the customer. Once your return is processed, the full product price, including taxes, will be refunded to you.

Our warehouse team typically requires 48-72 hours to inspect all items scheduled for returns or exchanges. Upon approval, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account if applicable.

For exchanges, we will dispatch your new size or product once the pickup is completed.

The process: Request. Confirm. Handover. All shipments within India include a return shipping label.

We include a prepaid return label in all our shipments to make the process convenient for you. Generate a request, specify a convenient pickup date, and we will handle the rest.

The easiest way to initiate a return or exchange is by creating a request on our website. For transactions by signed-in customers, please navigate to "My Orders" under the "My Account" menu. For guest order transactions, visit the "Track Your Order" page, where you will need to enter your Order ID and the email address used in your order.

Cancellation: We regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been collected by our delivery partners. In such cases, the order can only be canceled after the customer has received the delivery. For all accepted cancellations, we will promptly refund your money within 7-10 working days, or offer store credits, or exchange for another available size or product, as per your preference.

Damages: Please inform our customer care department if any items are delivered without tags. We kindly request that you do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for you.
