Return & Shipping Policy:

At Aire, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with a hassle-free return and exchange process. Here's what you need to know:

Return & Exchange Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Shipping: We offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience. If available in your area pin code, our courier will pick up the return package. However, if reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you can self-ship the items to our warehouse address.

Reverse Shipment Fee: For reverse pick-up services, a nominal fee of Rs 100 per order will be deducted from your refund amount.

Condition of Returned Items: Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Refunds will not be provided for products that are returned in poor condition or have been visibly worn.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed and the refund amount to be credited back to your bank account. Please note that refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders made on our website.

Store Credit for COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Terms & Conditions: Please ensure to provide accurate bank account details for refunds. If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please contact us within 24 hours. Customers are responsible for taking care of the products while in their possession.
