Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Processing Time: It takes 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Reverse Pick-Up: We offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 is applicable on every Return/Exchange articles.
Pick-Up Details
- Attempts: Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our address.
- Service Availability: Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
For COD Orders
- Store Credit: A store credit will be provided within 2-3 working days from the day of return pick-up, sent to your registered email address/contact number.
Condition of Returned Products
- As Shipped: Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, a refund will not be provided.
- Processing Time: Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to appear in your bank account.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website.
- COD Orders: Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Before Dispatch: Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-Serviceable Pincode: If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, please courier the product(s) to the following address:

Packaging: Ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Refund Processing: Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (for courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account (for prepaid orders) or in the form of store credit (for COD).
Courier Service Recommendation
- Reliable Service: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Avoid using The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are unreliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse.
Terms and Conditions
- Bank Account Details: Bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any error in the details provided is not the responsibility of Aire.
- Order Delivery Issues: If you receive an SMS or email stating the order is delivered but haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours.
Customer Responsibility
- Product Care: Customers are obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. This includes all instructions, documents, and wrappings.
Damaged Products
- Reporting Damage: If the product does not meet standards at the time of delivery, contact us via WhatsApp (8754225558) within 1 day of receiving the product. Follow the instructions provided by us.
- Examination and Refund: Upon return, we will fully examine the product and notify you of your right to a refund (if any) via email. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from the day we confirm the refund via email.
